NAE Professional Development Scholarship (2025 - 2026)

Scholarship Benefits
  • Up to $750.00 for conference fees, room and board, or other education related expenses.
  • Opportunity to attend the Mountain Plains Adult Education Association Conference, Nevada Adult Educator Conference, or Joint MPAEA/NAE Conference.
Scholarship Conditions

NAE Scholarships may be used for conference fees, travel, room and board, or other approved expenses.  Payments may supplement, but not duplicate, benefits from other foundations, institutions, or organizations. To receive payments, an NAE Member must submit:

A statement of eligible expenses, which includes proof of conference registration, receipts, and how you plan on using the scholarship funds.

Note:  Members who reside in the Las Vegas Metropolitan area are eligible to receive conference fees only.

Who Can Apply?
  • To be eligible, individuals must be a currently employed adult educator in Nevada, with an active NAE membership.

  • An application form;
  • A 500-word essay on adult education and how the scholarship would help you
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION:

You must submit your application online through the link.  All other supporting documents should be emailed to scholarship@nvadulted.org by January 30, 2026.
